Specifications

OEB manufactures cold-formed parts with thread diameters from 2.0 to 24 mm and lengths up to 300 mm. All common materials such as steel, stainless steel A2/A4, aluminum, brass or copper are used. Head shapes and thread types can be individually realized. Complex end machining such as shaft slots, shoulder tops or pins are also possible. The surface can optionally be galvanized, nickel-plated, chromated, with Dacromet, Geomet or Delta-Tone. Documentations such as PPAP, EMPB or VDA are available on request.
