Bolts individually tailored to your requirements
Do you need a bolt that perfectly matches your construction? OEB manufactures standard and special bolts exactly according to drawings or samples – whether with or without a head, with thread or smooth, as locking bolts, threaded bolts or split pin bolts. Double-ended studs, rivet bolts or special designs for high loads and frequent loosening are also feasible. Typical individualizations:

Materials & Standards
Our bolts are manufactured from high-quality materials – including free-cutting steel, stainless steel A2/A4, brass, aluminum and copper. They comply with common standards such as DIN 1434, 2510, 913–916, 939 or 976 or are manufactured exactly according to drawings – including all relevant test and acceptance protocols.

Specifications
OEB manufactures bolts with thread diameters from M2.6 to M10 and lengths up to 1000 mm. Bolts are available with or without a head, with or without a thread, as a grub screw or threaded bolt. Materials such as steel, stainless steel A2/A4, aluminum, copper or brass are just as available as strength classes from 3.6 to 12.9. End machining and surface treatments (e.g. galvanized, Dacromet, Delta-Tone) can be implemented as well as coatings with Precote or Loctite. Documentations according to VDA or PPAP are available on request – from as little as 30,000 pieces per series.
