Do you need rivets in special dimensions, with a special head shape, or made of a specific material? OEB manufactures solid rivets, semi-tubular rivets, and blind rivets exactly according to your drawing or sample. Thanks to our many years of experience in cold forming, we can also economically realize small series – with high dimensional accuracy and reliable quality. Typical individualizations:

Materials & Standards
Our rivets are manufactured from high-quality materials: steel, case-hardening and quenched and tempered steels, stainless steels, brass, copper, and aluminum. Production is carried out according to DIN 660, 661, 662, and 674 or according to customer-specific drawings. We also offer the right design for special requirements regarding corrosion protection, strength, or material combinations.

Specifications
OEB manufactures rivets in numerous variants: blind rivets, solid rivets, semi-tubular rivets, and tubular rivets with round, countersunk, oval, or flat round heads (DIN 660–674). Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, or brass are available as materials. Dimensions, shank geometries, and head shapes are individually manufactured on request. Surface treatments such as galvanizing, Delta-Tone, or Geomet, as well as optional heat treatments, are possible. Special machining such as shank slitting, pins, or machining post-processing are also available. Documentation according to EMPB, VDA, or PPAP is available.
