Depending on the requirement, steel, case-hardening and quenched and tempered steels, stainless steels, brass, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals are available. All materials used meet the applicable industry, DIN and customer standards – including requirements from medical technology, electronics and the automotive industry.

The material is selected in close coordination with your technical specifications and is the basis for the design of strength, corrosion behavior and machinability. Of course, we take into account applicable standards, guidelines and industry-specific requirements – for a micromechanical connection solution that is both functional and documentation-proof.

Micro screws offer precise solutions for precision mechanical applications – individually manufactured and technically versatile. Whether classic Phillips, TX, combination slot or special security drives, whether common head shapes or end-machined shafts with point, ball or pin – each version is precisely tailored to your requirements. Micro screws are manufactured from a wire diameter of 0.6 mm from a wide range of materials such as case-hardening and quenched and tempered steels, stainless steels, brass, aluminum or other non-ferrous metals. Machining post-processing is also possible.

A wide range of surfaces and coatings are available: from galvanized, nickel-plated, Delta-Tone, Dacromet or Geomet to thread locking and sealing with Tuflok, ScotchGrip, Precote or Loctite – each tailored to VDA standards of the automotive and electrical industries. The spectrum is supplemented by heat treatments such as tempering, case hardening or carbonitriding. For components subject to documentation, EMPB, VDA Band 2 and PPAP evidence are available on request.
