For our special screws, we rely on a wide selection of materials – tailored to function, area of application and technical specifications. Whether screws, bolts, nuts, threaded rods, rivets or threaded inserts: We process carbon steel and alloyed steel in all common strength classes from 3.6 to 12.9 as well as stainless steel A2 and A4 (e.g. 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4435).
Brass, copper, aluminum and other light metals are also used, especially in applications with special requirements for weight, corrosion resistance or electrical conductivity. Our production is based on all relevant standards – for precisely fitting special screws with maximum reliability.

Whether common or special drive types such as PZ, PH, TX, combination slot or safety drives, individual head shapes or end-machined shafts with a point, ball or pin: The design is based exactly on your needs. Numerous variants are also available for surface treatments and thread locking – from Delta-Tone to Precote, from Dacromet to Loctite. Supplemented by heat treatments such as tempering, case hardening or carbonitriding, a screw is created that is precisely tailored to your technical requirements.
