Our weld screws can be configured in a variety of ways and precisely adapted to your requirements. They are available in all common thread and head shapes and can be provided with additional machining such as shaft slots, shoulder tips, pilot points or pins. Various options are available for surface finishing – including galvanized (CrVI-free, RoHS-compliant), nickel-plated, Delta-Tone, Dacromet or Geomet according to VDA standard. Thread locks and seals such as Tuflok, Precote or Loctite complement the spectrum. Heat treatments such as quenching, carbonitriding, tempering or case hardening ensure the desired strength. For parts subject to documentation, we can provide EMPB, VDA-Band 2 or PPAP verifications on request.
