Materials are steel, high-grade steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals such as copper, bronze and brass. We can manufacture stamped bent parts in small quantities and large series.
Stamped bent part
Stamped bent parts are normally manufactured with high precision from steel strip in two work steps. The stamping technology is combined with forming techniques such as trimming, deep drawing, embossing and bending. The stamping and bending process is ideal for greater batch sizes. It is more cost effective with higher quantities because there is one work step less and less energy is consumed.
