Quick fastening with tapping screws

New: Tapping screws available at SHORT TERM (Order quantity > 50,000 PCS)

Tapping screws serve for quick fastening of parts to sheets. Tapping screws are thread cutting screws which cut their own thread chiplessly in a pre-marked tap hole in the sheet.

Assembly saves time and is kind on the material because there are no chips and no nuts are needed. They are suitable for steel, aluminium and copper sheets.

Thin sheet screws are flow drilling screws. They form a metric nut thread without chips, usually without having to prepare the part, i.e. without pre-drilling, piercing or punching.

Tapping screws are manufactured in double-stroke technique on cold forming presses.
